NACODEV was founded on Christian principles and maintains a strong emphasis on faith as a driver of holistic community transformation. The Christian and Pastoral Empowerment programme weaves Christian values into every aspect of NACODEV's work, while directly supporting pastors and church communities as agents of positive change.

- Mainstream Christian emphasis across all six NACODEV programme areas to ensure integrated, values-driven development.
Impact So Far
Dozens of church leaders have been trained in evangelism, discipleship and community development. Life Ministry Kenya has partnered with NACODEV on training events across Katangi and Kikesa. The integration of Christian values across all programmes ensures that spiritual and material development go hand-in-hand.
